If the defendant brings to register a reply, the court shall examine whether such reply is within the time limit or not, and if it is found to be within the time limit and duly filed, such counter reply shall be registered and compensation shall be given to the related party in accordance with schedule-3.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if it is found that the time limit has been exceeded or the procedure has not been completed, the court shall state the reasons for the counter-answer.
